Ordering & Manufacturing Process
To place an order for our products, please visit our website or contact our customer service team. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, you will be required to provide your contact and payment information. Please note that after your order is placed, it will take approximately 15 to 30 days for the products to be manufactured, depending upon the order quantity.
Payment Terms
We accept all major payment methods, with a strong preference for L/C (Letter of Credit) as well as bank transfers. Payment must be made in full or as agreed at the time of purchase, and we will not ship any products until the payment terms have been successfully met.
Shipping & Exporting
We specialize in export and offer worldwide shipping for our products. While we can accommodate various shipping terms, we primarily operate on FOB (Free On Board) terms. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and agreed terms of the order. We will make every effort to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of your products.
